THE SANTA EXPERIENCE (Non-Refundable Retainer Only)

The Santa Experience includes:
-15 minutes with Santa/Mrs. Clause (Living room and Kitchen)
-Gift from Santa and Mrs. Claus
-4 digital files w/ print release

By making the $50 retainer payment, you agree to the following terms: This package includes the 15 minute session & 4 digital files with print release. This is a private, interactive time between your children, (5 CHILDREN MAX/ SIBLINGS ONLY) & Santa/Mrs. Claus. Your child will receive a goody straight from Mrs. Claus' kitchen. MKP is not responsible for any allergic reactions.

Within 3 weeks, you will receive access to view your images online to pick the 4 images. There will be an option to purchase additional files and products.

MKP is not responsible for any emergencies with Santa/Mrs. Claus. If he/she were to have an emergency, MKP will do everything possible to secure another Santa & if possible, Mrs. Claus. If another Santa cannot be secured, MKP will contact you to discuss options, such as a refund or a session without Santa. If there is an emergency with Mrs. Claus only & Santa is still present, there is no partial refund. Otherwise, there is no refund for this payment.

Please be prompt and arrive 10 min prior to your time with your children ready to go. Late arrivals will forfeit their time with no refund. All sessions will NOT go beyond the 15 min regardless of circumstances. Since these aren't all "posed" sessions, letting your child do what they will do will be less stressful then making them pose, as I can still get memorable photos without the "cheese" look. :) This will save time and not overwhelm your child allowing to get the full experience in their time with Santa. I will sending out an email closer to our session date with tips and further details regarding the day.

This is for the non-refundable retainer only. The $145 balance is due 3 days prior to your session. Once the retainer payment is complete, I will be sending a contract as well as a new client questionnaire (if you've never had a session with me before) and both must be returned in order for you to be officially booked. YOU WILL HAVE 24 HOURS TO COMPLETE OR THE TIME WILL BECOME OPEN FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO BOOK AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR BOOKING FEE. You will also receive an invoice for the remining balance which you may either make payments on or pay in full at any time but balance is due 3 days prior to your session date.

I take pride in editing your sessions and won't rush that creativity just to pump out session quickly. I edit in the order sessions are taken. If you're needing galleries back sooner rather than later, I would suggest snagging one of the first spots of the year to ensure you will have them back in time for cards if you like to use them for that. My Christmas turn around time is 2-3 weeks max. With that being said, if you are needing them back more quickly than that, check out the EDITING FAST PASS!

This will move your session to the head of the editing line and ensure you get your photos back within 3 days. In order to be able to make this quicker turn around time, I am only allowing a few of these to be purchased per session date.
