Fishing With Santa (NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER ONLY)

Fishing With Santa includes:
-20 minutes with Santa at the creek on July 29th and 30th
-4 digital files w/ print release

By making payment, you agree to the following terms: This package includes the 20 minute session & 4 digital files with print release. This is a fun interactive time at the creek with Santa with fishing poles (for props), splash time, skipping rocks, etc. Not every pose/specific spot will be done for every session and will be dependent on ages of children and at the discretion of the photographer. Please apply your own bug spray/sunscreen prior to arriving. MKP is not responsible for any sunburns, bug bites, etc while at the creek and you are 100% responsible for your child's safety around water.

Within 14 days, you will receive access to view your images online to pick the 4 images. There will be an option to purchase additional files and products.

MKP is not responsible for any emergencies with Santa. If he was to have an emergency, MKP will do everything possible to secure another Santa. If another Santa cannot be secured, MKP will contact you to discuss options, such as a refund or a session without Santa. Otherwise, there is no refund for this payment.

Please be prompt and arrive 10 min prior to your time with your children ready to go. Late arrivals will forfeit their time with no refund. All sessions will NOT go beyond the 20 min regardless of circumstances. Since these are in a public area, it is extremely important to arrive and depart promptly so that each family gets their entire session time with the least amount of disruptions as possible. There is a bit of a walk to get to the creek (I will be sending location/instructions the week of your session) so be sure to arrive in plenty of time and be ready to be photographed at your scheduled time.

This is for the non-refundable retainer only. The $110 balance is due 3 days prior to your session. Once payment is complete, I will be sending a contract as well as a new client questionnaire (if you've never had a session with me before) and both must be returned in order for you to be officially booked. You will have 24 hours from the time the contract is sent to complete, or the time will become open for someone else to book and you will loose your booking fee. You will also receive an invoice for the remining balance which you may make payments or pay in full at any time but balance is due 3 days prior to your session date.
